Heard Sri Prashant Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant,

learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a

prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, Amit Pratap

Singh, in Case Crime No. 0089 of 2017, under Sections 420,

467, 468 and 471 I.P.C., Police Station- Banda, District-

Shahjahanpur.

Allegation against the applicant is that on the basis of a forged

certificate of Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) dated 25.11.2011 he

has obtained the appointment as Assistant Teacher. He joined

his services on 12.8.2014 and continued to work till 31.5.2016

when his services was terminated. It is submitted that the

applicant has been falsely been implicated in the present case.

On the other hand, learned AGA submits that the charge-sheet

against the applicant has been submitted on 13.8.2018 and he

has been summoned on 5.3.20
