AGA for State and perused the material available

on record.

Accused-applicant, involved in Case Crime No.187

of 2021, under Section 306 & 201 IPC, Police

Station Babupurwa, District Kanpur Nagar, applied

for bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits in the

following manner :-

(i) Applicant is innocent and has been falsely

implicated in the present case; he has committed

no offence. Entire prosecution story is false and

fake.

(ii) Delayed FIR was lodged without proper

explanation. Victim was administered poisonous

substance (sulfas) by her husband who handed

over sulfas to Investigating Officer, taking the

same from purse of deceased. Investigation is

going on.

(iii) As per allegation, deceased and accused were

having illicit relation and he was blackmailing her,

due to which she committed suicide by consuming

sulfas for which accused is responsibl
