Heard Sri Kunwar Tejandra Bahadur, learned counsel for the

applicant and learned AGA for the State.

A first information report was lodged against the applicant as

Case Crime No. 194 of 2021 at Police Station- Nawabganj,

District Allahabad/Prayagraj under Sections 323, 504, 304 IPC.

The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned

Additional Sessions Judge, Allahabad, on 01.09.2021.

The applicant is in jail since 10.04.2021, pursuant to the said

F.I.R.

Sri Kunwar Tejandra Bahadur, learned counsel for the applicant

contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the

instant case. The delay of two days in lodgment of the FIR in

the facts of this case is fatal to the prosecution case. The

postmortem report categorically records under the heading "No

external injuries seen at the time of postmortem all over body".

The cause of death as per the postmortem report is "Coma".
