1. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ashwani

Prakash Tripathi learned A.G.A. for the State.

3. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of

the applicant - Ram Bahadur, seeking anticipatory bail in Case

Crime No. 225 of 2021, under Sections - 323, 307, 504, 506

I.P.C., Police Station - Dannahar, District - Mainpuri.

4. At the outset parity has been claimed with Beche Lal who has

been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Court below.

5. On the other hand, learned A.G.A. has referred to criminal

history of seven cases of the applicant including offence under

Sction 302 IPC as also the fact that the co-accused Beche Lal

was 77 years of age on the date of anticipatory bail being

granted.
