Heard Sri Rajeev Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the applicant, learned

A.G.A. for the State, and perused the record.

This applicant has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail

in case crime No. 461 of 2021, under section 306 IPC, P.S. Bhelupur,

District Varanasi.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has been

falsely implicated in the present case. Further contended that the deceased

was living in a rental room with his family and he was heavy drunken

person and he was relation with some unsocial persons. Next argued that

applicant is lady and she is suffering from liver problem and her treatment

is going on. and lastly argued that applicant is in jail since 5.10.2021.

Per contra learned counsel for the State rebutted the above arguments

stating that applicant-accused is named in the FIR and there is signature of

the deceased on the suicide note wherein the deceased has stated that
