Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the

State and perused the records.

The present revision has been filed challenging the order dated

30.10.2021 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge,

Fast Track Court No. 1, Mathura in S.T. No. 159 of 2021 (State

Vs. Lekhraj and another) arising out of Crime No. 65 of 2019,

under Sections 452, 354, 504, 506, 376, 379, 328 IPC and

Section 66D, 67A of I.T. Act, Police Station-Shergarh, District

Mathura pending in the Court of Additional District & Sessions

Judge, Fast Track Court No. 1, Mathura.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the FIR was

lodged on 9th April, 2019, under Sections 452, 354, 504, 506

IPC, P.S. Shergarh, District Mathura on the written complaint of

Shri Soni Ram against the revisionist and co-accused Vishnu.

Investigation was conducted by the Investigating Officer in

utter violation of provisions of para-107 of the U.P. Police
