Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the

State and perused the material on record.

This criminal misc. application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to

quash the order dated 10.11.2021 passed by Additional Sessions

Judge/ FTC-II, Mainpuri in S.T. No.103 of 2018 (State vs.

Gaurav and ors) arising out of case crime no.72 of 2018, under

section 302 IPC, P.S. Ghiror, District Mainpuri.

The applicant is an accused in the aforesaid sessions trial.

During the course of investigation, an application was moved

by the ADGC (criminal) to accept the report of forensic science

laboratory, Agra which is related to country made pistol alleged

to be recovered from the possession of the accused and empties

alleged to be collected from the spot and which were sent for

forensic examination. The report is on record which is paper no.
