Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for

the State.

Instant petition has been filed by the applicants/petitioners for

quashing of the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 86 of

2020 arising out of Case Crime No. 178 of 2019 under Section

3/5 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984

(hereinafter referred to as, the Act, 1984) Police Station Jagner,

District Agra pending before the Additional Chief Judicial

Magistrate-3, Agra as well as to quash the impugned charge-

sheet dated 25.11.2019 submitted by the Investigating Officer

and quash the cognizance/summoning order dated 14.01.2020

passed by learned Magistrate in the aforementioned case.
