Petition has been filed challenging order dated

05.10.2021 whereby petitioner's application for

being provided benefit of Debt Waiver Scheme

Uttar Pradesh 2018-19 has been rejected.

It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner

that earlier Writ - C No.6094 of 2021 was filed by

petitioner seeking a direction to the bank

concerned to consider applicability of the Debt

Waiver Scheme upon petitioner. It is submitted

that by means of judgment and order dated

16.03.2021, aforesaid writ petition was disposed of

directing the Bank concerned to decide petitioner's

application within a specified time period. It is

submitted that in pursuance thereof, the
