1. Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for

applicant and the learned A.G.A. for State.

2. Perused the record.

3. Instant bail application has been filed by applicant-Manish

Gautam seeking his enlargement bail in Case Crime No. 154 of

2021 under Sections 376, 506, 120B I.P.C. and Sections 5/6

POCSO Act, Police Station- Khutahan, District- Jaunpur,

during pendency of trial.

4. It transpires from record that in respect of certain incidents,

which are alleged to have occurred on 22.05.2021, a delayed

F.I.R. dated 09.06.2021 was lodged by first informant Shankar

Gautam ( father of prosecutrix) and was registered as Case

Crime No. 154 of 2021 under Sections 376, 506, 120B I.P.C.

and Sections 5/6 Police Station- Khutahan, District- Jaunpur,. In

the aforesaid F.I.R., two persons namely Vishal Gautam and

Manish Gautam (applicant herein) have been nominated as

named accused.
