2. This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of

India praying for quashing of the order dated 24.04.2017 passed by

Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 1, Varanasi in Misc.

Case No. 28 of 2015 and the award dated 23.11.2013 passed by National

Lok Adalat / Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 1,

Varanasi in O.S. No. 274 of 2011.

3. The facts in brief stated in the petition are that plaintiff-respondent filed

O.S. No. 274 of 2011 (Basantlal Keshri Vs. Sanjay Kumar Keshri and

Another) for the decree of permanent injunction restraining defendants

from interfering in sole ownership and possession of plaintiff over
