Counter affidavit to the abatement application and substitution

application have been filed by the petitioner, which are taken on

record.

Office is directed to allot regular number to the substitution

application.

The heirs of the deceased-respondent no. 4 are represented

through Umesh Yadav, Advocate, who has filed the abatement

application and, therefore, no notices are required to be issued

to the proposed heirs of the deceased-respondents.

It appears from the affidavit filed in support of the substitution

application and the abatement application that the respondent

no. 4 had died on 12.5.2017. Substitution application has been

filed today i.e. on 26.8.2021, almost four years after the death
