Heard Sri Mashaluddin Shah, learned counsel for the applicant, learned

counsel for the State and perused the material on record.

This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has

been filed by the applicant Kaif Ansari @ Kais, seeking enlargement on

bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 143 of 2021, under

Sections 363, 366, 376, 506 IPC and section 3/4 POCSO Act, registered at

P.S.- Machhlishahar, District Jaunpur.

The submission advanced by learned counsel for the applicant is that the

applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case

due to ulterior motive. In the mark sheet of class 5 provided by the victim

no age is given. Further argued that victim is consenting party. It is next

argued that the victim was medically examined on 13.06.2021 and

according to medical examination report no mark of any injury on her
