Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State

through video conferencing.

The present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:-

"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of habeas corpus to direct the

respondent authorities to produce the corpus i.e. petitioner no. 1, namely, Habib Zahra from

the illegal custody of respondent no. 4 before this Hon'ble Court and the corpus may be set at

liberty.

II. Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper

in the facts and circumstances of the case.

III. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioners."

It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no.

1/corpus has married with petitioner no. 2 on 15.11.2021 but now petitioner no.

1/corpus is being illegally detained by respondent no. 4, who is her mother. It
