Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for

the State.

The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari call for the

records and quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 24.06.2021 registered

with Case Crime No. 0234 of 2021, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., P.S.

Karahal, district Mainpuri. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the

petitioners in pursuance of the aforesaid F.I.R."

Learned counsel for the petitioners vehemently contended that

the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. dated 24.06.2021

registered as case crime no.0234 of 2021, under Sections 363,

366 I.P.C. He has further placed reliance on the order dated
