Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A and perused the

record.

The instant application is being moved by the applicant invoking the

powers of Section 438 Cr.P.C. that he has every reason to believe that he

may be arrested on the accusation of having committed a non-bailable

offence in connection with Case Crime no.388 of 2019, under Sections

420, 467, 468, 471 352 IPC, Police Station-Neuriya, District-Pilibhit.

From the record, it is evident that the applicant has approached this Court

after getting her anticipatory bail rejected from the Court of Session vide

order dated 28.10.2021.

Submission made by the counsel that on earlier occasion 482 Application

was moved having no. 24784 of 2018 and vide order dated 25.07.2018, the

said 482 Cr.P.C. Application was rejected with liberty to surrender within

45 days. We are in the January 2022 and till date the applicant has not

complied the orders of this Co
