The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

has been filed by applicants for quashing the

impugned charge sheet No. 106 of 2020 dated

01.10.2020, Case No. 13470 of 2020 arising out of

CAse Crime No. 75 of 2019, Police Station Mahila

Thana, District Muzaffar Nagar as well as

cognizance and summoning order dated

03.12.2020.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that

the applicants are innocent and have been falsely

implicated in the present case. They have

committed no offence. He further submitted that

learned lower court has passed the cognizance /

summoning order without application of mind

which is not sustainable in eye of law. He showed

some papers and documents in favour of his

contention.
