Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned AGA for

State.

This criminal appeal has been filed against impugned order

dated 15.12.2020 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST Act,

Hamirpur in Special Session Case No. 781/2020, Case Crime

No. 0164/2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section

3(1) da, dha and 3(2) (Va) of SC/ST Act, P.S.- Jariya, District-

Hamirpur.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that appellant

has been falsely implicated to this case as appellant has not

committed any offence, prima facie, as alleged in the F.I.R.

Entire case of prosecution is mala fide with intention to harass

the appellant, accusation of the appellant is with the object of

humiliation. It is also submitted that punishment provided in the

said Sections is up to 7 years.
