State and perused the material on record.

The present revision has been filed for setting aside the

Judgement and order dated 19.10.2022 passed by learned

Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, District Auraiya in

Criminal Revision No. 27 of 2020 (Sukhveer Singh Vs. Sahukar

and another), whereby criminal revision filed by the private

opposite parties has been allowed setting aside the order dated

19.11.2020 passed by Deputy District Magistrate, Bidhuna,

District Auraiya under Section 145/146 (1) Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that due to dispute

with regard to the gata in question, the notices under Section

145 (1) Cr.P.C. was issued by the learned Magistrate, whereby

the parties were directed to adduce their evidence with regard

to possession and ownership and thereafter proceedings under
