1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for

the informant, learned AGA for opposite party no.1 and perused

the material placed on record.

2. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2)

Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)

Act has been filed by the appellant to enlarge the appellant on

bail in Case Crime No.302 of 2023, under Sections 452,

307,376, 511 of IPC, Section 4/25 of Arms Act and Section 3(2)

(V) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Sikandarabad, District

Bulandshahar.

3. The case of prosecution as per First Information Report is

that on 25.05.2023 at about 1.30 p.m. the daughter-in-law of the

informant was alone inside her house. Accused named in the

FIR, namely, Rocky along with the present appellant, who is

also named, entered in the house of the informant under the

pretext to see chandelier (Jhumar). T
