Singh, learned counsel for the applicants as well as Mr. Tilak

Raj Singh, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

the applicants have sought for quashing of the impugned charge

sheet No.172 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022 and the entire

proceedings of Special Sessions Trial No.377 of 2022; State Vs.

Mahesh Kumar and others, arising out of Case Crime No.130 of

2022, under Sections 323/504 I.P.C. & Section 3 (2) 5A SC/ST

Act, registered at Police Station Bheera, District Kheri, on the

ground that the applicants have been implicated falsely.

Learned A.G.A. has opposed the aforesaid prayer and has

submitted that while exercising the jurisdiction under Section

482 Cr.P.C., this Court cannot go into the correctness of the

allegations made against the applicants and has only to examine
