Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for

the State and also perused the material placed on record.

The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the

applicant in Case Crime/FIR No.328 of 2022, under Sections

147, 148, 149, 109, 332, 353, 295A, 427, 307, 435, 436, 505,

505 (1), 505 (1) (B)/34 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law

Amendment Act and Section 2/3 Prevention of Public Property

Damage, Act 1984, Police Station-Baldirai, District-Sultanpur,

with the prayer to enlarge them on bail.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that applicants are

innocent persons and have been falsely implicated in the case,

he is having no previous criminal history and in jail since

11.10.2022. He further submitted that co-accused, namely,

Mohammad Aleem, Mohammad Idrish, Abdul Aziz, Saeed &

Asgar Ali, Chaman Babu and Mohd. Sayeed, have already been

granted bail by Co-ordinate Benc
