Sri Rajiv Mishra, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama today on behalf

of opposite party No.2. The same is taken on record.

Ms. Jubeda wife of Shahzad Khan, opposite party No.2 and Sri

Shahzad Khan, the applicant are present before this Court in person

and they have been identified by their respective counsels.

Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for applicants as

well as Sri Rajiv Mishra, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2

and Sri Akhilesh Kumar Vays, learned AGA for the State and perused

the record.

This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to

quash the entire proceeding of Criminal Case No. 864/2019 (State Vs.

Shahajad Khan and others) arising out F.I.R. No.011 of 2018, under

Sections 498A, 323 and 506 I.P.C. and Section ¾ Dowry Prohibition

Act, Police Station Khodare District Gonda and summoning order
