The instant application has been filed with a

prayer to set-aside the impugned cognizance and

summoning order dated 20.09.2022 passed by the

learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.

27, Lucknow and the impugned Charge-sheet no.

01 dated 01.07.2022 filed by the police is Case

Crime No. 0161 of 2022, under Section 406, 420,

342, 504, 506 of the IPC and Section 138 of the

Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 Police Station

Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow South

(Commissionerate Lucknow). Further prayer is

made to set-aside the entire criminal proceedings

of W/S Crl. Case No. 87949 of 2022 pending before

the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court

No. 27, Luck
