order dated 23.01.2023 passed by the learned

Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Barabanki in bail

application No.294 of 2023, arising out of Case

Crime No.262 of 2022, under Sections 419, 420,

467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3 (1)

Safdarganj, District Barabanki, whereby the bail
