Heard Sri Upendra Prakash Pathak, learned counsel for the

revisionists, Sri Himanshu Suryavanshi, learned counsel for the

State and perused the entire record.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to opposite

party no.2 is dispensed with.

The instant criminal revision been filed by the revisionists for

setting aside the impugned order dated 08.11.2022 passed by

the learned Additional Session Judge (POCSO Act), Court No.45,

Barabanki in Case Crime No.312/2020, under Sections 363, 366,

376, 504 I.P.C. & 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Fatehpur, District

Barabanki, whereby the application dated 20.10.2022 moved by

the present revisionists came to be rejected.

Learned counsel for the revisionists has submitted that a first

information report came to be lodged against the revisionists by

the first informant as Case Crime No.312/2020, under Sections

363, 366, 376, 504 I.P.C. & 3/
