Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the

State of U.P. and perused the record.

The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the

applicant in Case Crime/FIR No.67 of 2022, under Sections

420, 409 I.P.C., Police Station-Kohdaur, District-Pratapgarh,

with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is

innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the case and

he is in jail since 21.12.2022. He further submitted that chage-

sheet has been filed and there is no possibility of tampering of

any evidence and applicant is ready to cooperate in the trail. He

further submitted that earlier applicant was also implicated in

four other cases, which is mentioned in para-23 of the bail

application. In these circumstances, the applicant is entitled for

bail. In case of being enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the
