Shri M. Johari, learned Standing counsel states in pursuance of

the order passed by the writ court dated 0.08.2022, the

representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order

dated 03.04.2023. A copy of the order has also been given to the

learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court today.

Considering that the respondents have passed the order on the

representation of the petitioner as such, it cannot be said that

now the respondents have done the contempt to the order

passed by the writ court.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. The notices, if

any, are discharged.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the said

order passed by the respondent before the appropriate forum in

the appropriate proceedings.
