This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner- Sanjay, for

the following reliefs:

"I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the

impugned order dated 06.03.2023 contained as annexure no.1 in the writ

petition.

II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding

the opposite party no.2 to release to the wife of the petitioner and let them

live with liberties of their personal life as guaranteed under Article 21 of

the Constitution of India."

Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that Km. Laxmi Devi, who is

wife of petitioner is detained in Government Children Home

(Girls), Lucknow under the order of the Child Welfare
