1. Heard Sri Purnendu Chakravarty, the learned counsel for the

applicant, Sri Vimal Kumar Shahi, the learned Additional Advocate

General assisted by Sri Rao Narendra Singh, the learned A.G.A.-I for

the State and Sri Romit Seth, the learned counsel for the informant

and perused the record.

2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the

applicant on bail in Case Crime no. 160 of 2020, under Sections 406,

419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 167, 201, 364A, 506 I.P.C. and

Section 7/13 of Prevention of Corruption Act, Section 5 of Official

Secret Act, 1923 and Section 26 of Telegraph Act, 1885, registered at

Police Station Hazratganj, District Lucknow.

3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R.

lodged on 13.06.2020 against 13 persons, including the applicant,
