This is an application seeking release of the applicant on short

term bail to enable him to attend Terahavi ceremony of his

father scheduled to be performed on 20.04.2023 at the

applicant's residence at "Pandey Niwas 639, Civil Line 1,

P.W.D. Office, Sultanpur at about 05:00 p.m."

The application for short term bail is allowed.

Let the applicant Himanshu Pandey @ Shishir be taken from

the District Jail, Sultanpur to Pandey Niwas 639, Civil Line 1,

P.W.D. Office, Sultanpur to enable him to attend Terahavi of his

father Late Jai Prakash Pandey at his residence, in police

custody and he will again be lodged in the jail immediately

after completion of the ceremony, latest by 10:00 pm on

20.04.2023. Necessary security arrangements will be made by

the Superintendent of Police, Sultanpur in coordination with

the Superintendent, District Jail, Sultanpur.

Let a copy of this order be provided to the learned counsel for

the applicant today and the learned A.G.A. is directed to

communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police,

Sultanpur and Superintendent, District Jail, Sultanpur for

ensuring compliance of the order.
