1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned

A.G.A. for the State and perused the entire record.

2. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

has been filed by the applicant to him to file two

surety bonds for all the criminal cases as

mentioned in para 17 to this petition and direct

the court below having jurisdiction not to insist the

applicant to file separate surety bonds in each and

every case and accept the two surety bonds in lieu

of the mentioned cases in para 17 of the petition.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

applicant that in fourteen criminal cases bearing

(i) Case Crime No.868 of 2020, under Sections

409, 420, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Gomti Nagar,

District Lucknow (ii) Case Crime No.129 of 2022,

under Sections 409, 420 I.P.C., Police Station Gomti

Nagar, District Lucknow (iii)
