1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned

A.G.A. for the State and perused the entire record.

2. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

has been filed by the applicant to direct the

learned court below concerned to accept two

surety in one case and release the applicant in all

cases on furnishing personal bond, as per bail

orders annexed as Annexure no.1 to 3 to the

application in the light of Hon'ble Supreme Court's

verdict rendered in Special Leave to Appeal

Criminal No.8914-8915 of 2018 "Hani Nishad alias

Mohd. Imran alias Vicky vs. State of U.P. and

others".

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

applicant that in three criminal cases bearing (i)
