This bail application has been moved by the accused/applicant-

Ram Kumar Dubey for grant of bail, in Case Crime No.148 of

2018, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Sirsiya, District

Shrawasti, during trial.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has

falsely been implicated in this case and he is not committed any

offence. It is further submitted that all the witnesses who have

been testified before the trial court have not supported the

version of the prosecution and have been declared hostile and in

absence of any cogent evidence against the applicant, his
