1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and

perused the record.

2. The FIR in question was lodged alleging that the sister of the

informant was married around 15 years ago to one Salikram,

who died around five years ago because of Cancer. It was

alleged that after the death of the brother-in-law, the sister of

the informant stayed alongwith her two children. The FIR

further records that the applicant, who is the brother-in-law of

the victim, used to cause injury to the victim. Subsequently, the

informant was informed that her sister has committed suicide.

In the statements of the witnesses, they had stated that after the

death of the brother of the applicant, the applicant used to stay

with the victim as husband and wife and there used to occur

fight in between them.
