By means of the instant application, the applicants

have prayed for quashing of the summoning order

dated 10-08-2022 and the Chargesheet no.

172/2022 dated 24-05-2022 and the entire

proceedings in Case No. 18903 of 2022,Crime No.

145 of 2022, U/s 34,323,504,506 of I.P.C., Police

Station-Hariyawan,District-Hardoi passed by the
