instructions in the matter including upto date case diary of the

case.

Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant as well as

learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This bail application has been moved by the accused/applicant-

Ramprakash Mishra for grant of bail, in Case Crime No.513

of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 328, 315, 304-B

I.P.C. and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police

Station Bilgram, District Hardoi, during trial.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant while pressing the

bail application submits that the applicant has been falsely

implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as

claimed by the prosecution.
