2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed with the

prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding of S.T. No.119/2023 arising

out of Case Crime No.0078/2022 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307,

504, 506, 34, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act,

Police Station Amethi, District Amethi.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the written complaint

of Amarjeet Yadav S/o Sankatha Prasad Yadav, R/o Pure Tiwari Majre,

Gungwacchh, P.S. Amethi dated 16.3.2022, F.I.R. No.78/2022 was lodged,

naming seven persons including the applicants and
