for the State and perused the material brought on record.

2. This application has been filed with the following

prayers:

"It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court in the

interest of justice may graciously be pleased to quash the

order dated 06.12.2022 & 25.07.2023 passed by learned

Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow, by virtue of

which Non-Bailable Warrant (hereinafter NBW) is issued in

respect of Case Crime No. 490/2020 lodged with PS

Malihabad, Lucknow, under section 147, 148, 323, 336,

427, 504, 452, 435 I.P.C., against the applicants.

And further, permission may be granted that appearance of

applicants may be recorded and copy of documents may

be supplied to the applicants in pursuance of order of

cognizance dated 07.09.2021 by accepting personal bo
