accused/applicant- Vikram Singh @ Guddu Singh for grant of

bail, in case Crime No. 01/2023, under Section 2/3 of Uttar

Pradesh Gangsters & Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act,

1986, Police Station Bachhranva, District Raebareli, during

trial.

bail application submits that the accused-applicant has falsely

been implicated in the instant case as well as in the single case
