prayers :-

"1. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of

Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider

and decide the application dated 28-6-2023 with regard to

take appropriate steps in this matter against opposite

party no. 5 in accordance with law laid down by Hon, ble

supreme court of India in case of Lalita Kumari vs

Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, [2014] 2
