Heard Sri A.M. Tripathi, learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.

Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that

he has not been provided necessary certificate

with regard to VAT deductions made by the State

Government.

Learned Standing Counsel has provided a copy of

the said certificate to learned counsel for the

petitioner in the Court today.

In view thereof no further grievance remains to be

redressed.
