already filed a supplementary affidavit which is on record.

By means of the present petition, the petitioner is assailing the validity of

the order(s) dated 31.12.2022 and 20.03.2023 passed by opposite party

No.3 in Case No.14091 of 2022, (Rekha Kapoor and others vs. State of

U.P. and others).
