A request for adjournment has been made by learned counsel

for the petitioner.

Learned A.G.A. has produced instructions before this Court,

which show that the matter relates to Shine City Project

Investment plan where investigation is being carried out by the

Economic Offences Wing because of huge amount of money is

involved and more that 500 F.I.R.s have been registered.

Petitioner is not co-operating in the investigation. He was the

agent employed by the company who lured in unsuspecting

investors. During the course of the investigation, it has come

out that the petitioner was a Director in sister company, i.e.

Shine City Erector Pvt. Ltd. and the plot that was booked by the

informant was from his company, i.e. Shine City Erector Pvt.
