The instant appeal has been moved on behalf of the appellants

Kamlesh Kumar and Ram Lakhan with a prayer to quash the

judgment and order dated 12.10.2023 passed in Criminal

Revision No 50 of 2022 (Computerized No.

UPBB010017982022), Kamlesh Kumar & anr. v. State of U.P.

& ors., by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Barabanki,

and the summoning order dated 24.3.2022 passed by the

A.C.J.M. Court No. 23, Barabanki, in Complaint Case No.

1249 of 2021 (Computerized Case No.UPBB040046922020),

Smt. Kamla alias Kala Devi v. Kamlesh Kumar & ors., under

Sections 504,506,420,468, I.PC., Police Station Kotwali Nagar,

District Barabanki, as well as the proceedings against the

applicants in the said case.
