1. The plaintiff Smt. Sarita Lakhwani, W/o Late Kailash Lakhwani has filed the present applications being G.A. No. 10 of 2022 for grant of temporary injunction against the defendant no. 6 restraining the defendant no. 6 either by itself or through its men and agents from selling, transferring, letting out, alienating and parting with the possession of any part of the land measuring an area of 12.5 Bighas purportedly acquired by the defendant through 4 (four) numbers of Deeds of Conveyance.
