Per Hon’ble Mr.D.R. Shirasao – Judicial Member:

Matter is taken out from the sine-die list. Notices are issued to the

parties. Notice issued to the appellant/opponent returned back with

postal endorsement ‘Left’. Appellant has not informed about his latest

address to this Commission. Commission has no knowledge in respect of

present address of appellant. The General Manager of appellant

company also remained absent although served with notice. Hence, it

appears that appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

Hence, appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
