          Present appeal has been preferred by the appellant Insurance Company against the exparte judgment and order dated 11-10-2013. Apparently there is a delay of more than 4 years in filing the instant appeal of which no proper explanation has been given by the appellant Insurance Company.

          From the perusal of the certified copy of the judgment of the District Consumer Commission it is crystal clear that the duplicate copy of the judgment has been issued on 11-05-2017. The or
