Appellant not present – Advocate for respondent/Opposite Party submits that as per the order passed by the District Commission, they have sent DD for Rs.37,093/- towards interest on a principal amount of Rs.4,08,980/-, but, the appellant/complainant had not accepted and returned it back and preferred this appeal.  So far he is not present to submit the arguments.  On perusal of the order sheet, we noticed that the appellant not present since long time.  We consider that the appellant has is not interested in continuing the case.  We found that there is no error in the order passed by the District Commission.  We do not find any reason for refusal of DD sent by the respondent/Opposite Party.  Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

We direct the respondent/Opposite Party to deposit the same amount before this Commission.
