1. This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated

18.09.2014 passed by Dist.Consumer Forum, Parbhani partly

allowing complainant’s claim in consumer complaint No.118/2012

directing appellant/opponent bank to pay to the complainant amount

of cheque of Rs.75,000/- and further compensation Rs.3000/-

towards mental agony etc.
